Silly Robot is owned and operated by Julie Laurin.

We’ve been around since September 2010 and though we’re located in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, we’ve done business with clients from all over Canada.  We believe that if you have a good idea, you should just get it out there and test it.  And if you already have a business going, there’s no reason for you to keep working with an ugly website that isn’t getting any attention.  We love helping people try new things and we love helping businesses make more profit by providing them with a decent web presence and social media services that meet their goals.

We’re nerds but we won’t speak to you in “Nerdese”.  We want to make sure that you can get your idea and your business online without suffering through terms and concepts that you don’t understand.  Technology is supposed to make life simpler.  It has, and it can, if you work with the right people.

Silly Robot also enjoys giving back to the community.  We have sponsored two anime conventions and we just started a donation program where we give away 5% of profits each month to a charity chosen by one of our clients!
